The idea for triCOMM GmbH came up a long time ago, more precisely at the beginning of 2006. At that time Patrick was in charge of 'problem banks' at Raiffeisen Switzerland: Board and general management coaching, projects with bank management ad interim, etc were the scope of the project at that time. Since he also wanted to acquire the necessary theoretical tools for these challenging tasks, he registered for the Master of Advanced Studies ZFH in Coaching, Supervision & Organizational Consulting.

2006

But as life goes, it took another 3 years and a job change before he signed up for the study.

 

He then graduated at the Institute for Applied Psychology of the ZHAW in 2011.

 

In the same year, he was appointed as team leader of 10 business consultants in UBS's internal business consulting.

 

Therefore, the idea of ​​founding his own company got sidelined again.

2011

It took another 8 years and 3 internal job changes before the idea of triCOMM GmbH came to the fore again.

 

Now we trust that the saying 'patience is well rewarded' will come true for us and our customers.
