The coaching can be structured as a situational support for specific questions or in regular break out sessions. The appointments can take place hourly as a home or office visit at your place, at our offices in Hünikon, Winterthur or Zurich or also 'online' (phone, Skype / Zoom / Teams or email). Or we go outside for half a day or a whole day and use it as an inspiration and work context (forest walk, hike, mountain tour, climbing tour, depending on your needs and abilities).
